• ABOUT MICHELE

    Michele Adam portrait

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of clinical experience in nursing. I have a private practice located on the North Shore, in Wenham. In addition, I offer telehealth visits. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management to adult clients, with a focus on women’s mental health throughout the lifespan, including the treatment of postpartum emotional complications.

Throughout my career in nursing, I have worked with mothers, children and families in a variety of settings, including the hospital, outpatient clinics and the home. I have always been interested in attachment and understanding what is required for families to thrive. Thirty years of work and study have solidified my belief that our children’s mental health is intricately bound to our well-being as parents. Symptoms of depression and anxiety can make life so difficult. My goal is to help you feel better, so you can enjoy life now!
